Paul Tracey has been involved in the financial services industry since 1989 and has built the business purely by referral.
Following a number of years with Liverpool Victoria and Pearl Assurance he established a financial advice business in 1996 and joined St. James's Place Wealth Management as a Senior Partner Practice in December 2008.
Paul is also ISO 22222 Certified since April 2015. ISO 22222 is an internationally agreed benchmark that assesses and awards financial planners on their knowledge, skills, experience and ethical values.
Simon started his career in Financial Services in 1987 and has amassed considerable expertise advising clients on financial solutions to both private clients and business owner-managers for their personal and business planning needs. He provides comprehensive financial planning to help them better understand how they can achieve their desired objectives.
Simon is committed to building long-lasting client relationships and to ensure his clients better understand the decisions they make. Central to this commitment is the delivery of excellent customer service built on trust and honesty.
Simon is an Associate Member of SOLLA (Society of Later Life Advisers) and regularly helps clients with their estate planning needs and care concerns, as well as providing advice and support to their families and those important to them.
Vicky joined the team in January 2013. As Practice Manager she is responsible for the smooth running of the company and as such her role includes co-ordinating the company’s client servicing and marketing, processing new business and organising Pauls Diary. She is also our “Front of House”, welcoming clients in to the office and at client events.
Liz Tracey is our mortgage specialist and she has over 20 years of providing advice in all aspects of residential mortgages including buy to let.
Liz has built her business purely on referrals and she is an innovative and committed adviser who strongly believes in creating ongoing relationships with her clients.
Some buy to let mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Lucy takes care of client engagement for the mortgage team, guiding clients through the mortgage process, being on hand when they need reassurance. She also submits the mortgage applications and completes research when an unusual situation comes up that requires a bespoke lender to be involved.
Libby left sixth form in 2015 and joined Provest as an apprentice in November 2015 and is currently studying level 3 business administration. Libby communicates with mortgage lenders and solicitors on behalf of our clients. She assists Liz and Lucy on the submission of applications and following the case through to completion.
Shof provides financial control and management reports, ensures the efficient use of IT including deployment and support and manages strategic projects. Her role is to support the team and facilitate the smooth running of our back office.
